Flexi Club not keeping their promises

I was contacted by someone from Flexi club on the 08/10/2015 at 10:00 after I had complained re booking query. The gentleman promised me that someone from the bookings dept would be calling me after a few minutes to finalize the booking, that was 4 days ago and I'm still waiting....
