Flexi Club Monthly Fees

It is disconcerting that, while many businesses are providing relief to customers during the COVID 19 emergency, Flexi Club is blissfully charging its clients the full monthly payments in lieu of Club fees despite the fact that everything is at a virtual standstill in the country. Surely, this sector of business would have downscaled many of its operations at its establishments which have resulted in costs-saving. These benefits should have been passed on to their clients. Short term insurance companies, for instance, provide relief (25%) to clients who travel less than 250 kilometers per month. Flexi Club needs to explain why they perpetuate the same cost structure during the pandemic.
