Flexi Club money making ****

First of all, I've been a member of Flexi Club for many years. Lockdown when I sat without work I made sure that they get paid. Now that I have a bit of a problem they want to take my points and not help me. I have points and savings that is paid but they don't want to allocate that to me as my account is blocked. That is paid already and surely I must be able to use is. They want to give me a reduced monthly price and let me loose all my points I paid for. I will take this further with the "NCC". I think after all the years being a loyal customer I can receive better service. Again, I paid for points and have savings that is paid for that I can not use. My membership number: 058907 I'm not going to just let this go.
