I sent Flexi Club cancellation notices on 1 October 2020.

In the letter you were informed that I will pay 2021 membership, but will not use it.

Membership must be cancelled from the end of 2021 and I want nothing further to do with yourselves thereafter.

I stopped payment for 2022 levies as you tried to debit my bank account.

I am now receiving snotty letters from yourselves.

Do you NOT get the message. I have cancelled with Flexi Club.

You will not receive another cent from me.

I have waited patiently for 1 week for the promise you made to become reality.

When will your cancellation department contact me. Or do I now accept that my membership has been cancelled as requested more than a year ago.
