Flexi Club is a **** & crime against citizens

I sent a cancellation letter to Reshmi Ramlall <***> as well as *** on the 2nd of February 2021. Neither of the recipients rep****.

A brief history: I joined Flexi Club in May 2018. They started deducting money from my account in July 2018. The one time I wanted to go on holiday I was given the run around and ended up not going. They have been deducting R735 for almost 3 years from my bank account. Only R325 reflects as a monthly installment (incl interest). So there is definitely something fishy going on.

To date they say I have a capital balance of R5 130 (money I owe to them). Another fishy business is that my statement says I have a 60 month loan period. How is that possible?

They also have no shame, the one time i missed a payment in 2020 they took me straight to the credit bureau and I was almost blacklisted. That ended up ruining my credit record as the non-payment kept on running an interest against .y name.

The contract was initiated under a false pretense of enjoying holidays.

The levy account states I have R9 920. I want my money back and out of this **** please.
