Flexi Club *********

On 30 December 2019 I joined a flexi club by purchasing points and the purchase price was R23 000. The terms of the payment contract was to deposit once of initial deposit of R4 600 which was deducted on 15 February 2020.The remaining balance was R18 400 which was agreed to be paid over a period of 10 months with the equal installments of R1 900 that ran from 15 March 2020 until 15 December 2020. As far as I know these are the only amounts that I agreed and signed to pay. The deducted a further amount of R1 111.17 which they indicate is a subscription fees. When Jacques Viljoen (Flexi Club Agent in Sharka Marine) was selling the membership there was no indication of paying club subscription fee hence on my contract copy under T in page one of the contract there is no amount. I wrote several emails cancelling the contract and requested for a refund of all the amounts that I already paid. I cannot continue paying subscription fees which were not part of the agreement. They thing they good at is writing sms indicating “We care. Lets fix it We don’t want you to be penalized”
