Flexi Club failure !!

I can never get space at any of my chosen resorts , even out of season weekends!! My holiday credits are R 45k and they still want me to pay the R 2 k monthly levy?? I've asked to be contacted by someone to present an exit plan or my options over 5 times in the past 3 months but have yet to receive anything on email as requested. Very poor show Flexi Club!!
