Flexi club doesn't care.

Been with flexi club for over a year. Went on holiday where we were called in for a consultation regarding our package. Explained that the package we on won't be available anymore or it will be changing as its a entry level package and can not be used during high season. Given the option to change our package we decide not to and that is when we told about the PRIVATE BOOKING / RENTAL option.

As explained to us it is where Flexi club consultants phone you the member, tells you they have a holiday a client canceled, you get option to buy it, they resell it for you and you make 2-3x as much as the deposit you paid to them which they deduct when payment comes in. We where also explained you can sell your bonus breaks and in return you as a member end up having your private rentals pay your holiday membership. With it sounding interesting a few days later a consultant calls me selling me a holiday, I decide to give it a try, end up paying her a deposit and I am still waiting for the payout 8 months later.

Contacted the person that made the offer numerous times and get told it will be paid at the end of the month (that is her excuse every month), yet I am still waiting. I don't even get replies on some of my messages and I need to phone after her. Contact flexi club and to my amazement they are not aware of anything like this. They say they don't do private bookings and even though I told them who we spoke to and who I deposited the money to (sending them proof) they rather tell me to go make a case or sort it out with the consultant herself as they don't deal with such things. It is amazing how they aren't even bothered with figuring out what is going on on there premises nor worried that there consultants are cheating people out of there money.
