Flexi Club - Disappointment

Since I have been trying to sell by points for about 10 years - with no success. I have tried to get accommodation overseas, at my preferred resorts, and giving a year notice of my requirements, and been advised, that my request cannot be accommodated. I received a called from Flexi Club office, about this new 7 year plan, which seems it is my only option to get out from Flexi Club - A very disappointing and frustrating company to work with. They are very quick to ask for money, but supplying relevant documentation is another story.
