Flexi Club

So once again I have something to say about Flexi Club. I rated them a couple weeks ago because I feel so strongly about warning people who wish to sign up. The morning after my rating, I received a call from them . It was lovely that they responded so quickly and seemed to care about customer satisfaction. That is where it ended. I was told that they would email me as they were keen to help me book the accommodation I was looking for. They also wanted feedback on what was not working on the new website. I am still waiting for the email. I am beyond shocked at how this timeshare is managed. I do not believe Flexi Club to be an honorable business. I would advise anyone who is interested in signing up for timeshare to avoid Flexi Club. I am so upset with myself for wasting all this money over the years.
