Flexi Club - Breach of Contract

We joined flexi club at the end of December 2017 in Durban assisted by Sihle. We paid a deposit of (R13 680 ) on the 26 March 2018 and have been paying monthly fees/instalment of R 1571.31 effective from the 25 April 2018 till now. On the day we joined, we were told that we can start making bookings as soon as our deposit and registration is paid. After paying both fees, we tried to make a booking and only then we were told that we are in arrears of ( +- R9000) on annual fees which we were never told about and if we had to pay this why was it not included on the monthly fees/instalment?

This was never explained to us when we joined. I called to cancel everything and I was told that I cannot get any of my money back.

I want a full refund as all of this was never explained to me. Why would I pay so much money and continue paying more money for something I can’t even use for a whole year!

In total they need to refund us R26 250.48
