Flexi Club bookings a joke
I have never had so many issues to book a Holiday. Their website became worse than ever, almost forcing you to phone them and pay the extra booking fee...The dates to book have become impossible to find dates where you are able to go away when YOU want to...what a SHAM and there are resorts where there is NEVER available dates. They use to be good, but the last couple of years they have become a joke...o, they do not have a complaints department! Go figure. Time to cancel after 15 years and move on.

With regards to the website, I do suggest you ask your development team to address the frustration of not being bale to select a SPECIFIC resort and see dates available.
