Flexi Club are sharks..

<p>Flexi Club is the most unprofessional and useless holiday club out there, I have a life long membership but have always battled to get decent holidays in or out of season, but my biggest problem is that we have requested on numerous occations to do a simple name change from my husband to me as I manage it the account. We were told when we joined that our children or any one we would like to have inherit was one of the benifits. We have paid for the name change, why a fee is n...ecessary for something that is just a formality i dont know, but it is more than a year now and no one is able to help because everyone i talk to has a different idea of what should happen. So one of my biggest questions are, should my husband or I pass away,what will my son have to go through to have it changed to his details? At times the consultants will say if we do the NAME CHANGE we will lose all our accumulated savings and points (Money, which was paid by us) Also if we would like to sell it to someone else the same thing, but they were quick to sell the product promising all these things withour telling us what the hidded terms were. I could go on all day, but im sure you get the drift of it.</p>
