Flexi Club and Vacation Zone are money making ****s. They are quick quick to take your money and offer all these “rewards” but offer No assistance and are selling packages to pensioners that are being very shortchanged.

My mother has been an existing Flexi Club member for many years, and for many years she has been trying to sell up or cancel this membership, for more than 5 years. This year in January, she was sold and “upgrade” to an elite membership, despite being 73 years old and qualifying for a discounted pensioners package. The reasons behind this sale, is the Salesperson Lynette Pillay of Vacation zone, promised that by upgrading to this package, it would enable het to be able to cancel as soon as the package is taken. Another lie. 9 months later, all we get is statements, no answers on cancellation. No answers on how this package was sold to a 73 year old pensioner. No answers on anything except call center agents like Shane and Divesh, answering our calls and putting the phone down. No returned calls, no follow ups, NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL.
