FLEXI Club Accounts department is a useless a department

I am very disappointed for the service that Flexi Club is providing. In the past 2 weeks I called trying to book a holiday nd I was told that my account has been suspended. I hve to talk to accounts. That is a useless department in the entire business. You can't call them you can only email them then they will never even bother to reply. You go into their website and try and contact them they are so useless. I would like to cancel my membership with them they are so uselss
