Terrible expierence, they refuse to refund me for nights I did not stay, I left the hotel as the room I booked had ants in the bed when I arrived, not 1 but many ants. I called the guy from reception to see the room and he agreed there are ants, moved me to another room at 11pm at night. The lady by the name of sandra says she had come in the middle of the night to inspect the room and there's no trace of ants, and the reception guy said he saw nothing, ( maybe jesus saw it earlier).

I asked politely asked to be refunded for the remainder of my booked stay and I will willingly pay for the night I did not enjoy on their premises.

They dont want to refund me.

The hotel day manager has agreed that I should be refunded .

Ridiculous.

First group lol, means nothing if they cant treat a customer properly.

The guy at reception gives me an email address to email for assistance, 2 days now and no reply from them.
