False advertising and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just want to inform you of the WORST HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE ever in our lives.

We have been looking forward to going on this trip we came back from early for 12 years...needless to say how disappointed and disgusted we were when we went from Langebaan to Herm****.

The "Holiday Resort" which is far from it was located RIGHT NEXT TO A MASSIVE TOWNSHIP. we were not informed about this when booking there nor does the pictures or descriptions show any of this. This is in a LIVING COMPLEX where PEOPLE LIVE!!! Not a so called BEACH RESORT! Imagine needing something from the shops late at night and having to drive out...funny, I can bet you that most of you won't go holiday there and enjoy it,...I BET YOU!

Secondly, on our "Welcome" note we were warned to be careful because of previous muggings in the resort and to be aware and careful. Yeah, that is EXACTLY what we want on our holiday to GET AWAY FROM STRESS!!!! NOT VACATION IN IT!

Next, there were more locks on the doors than our previous place we stayed in in GAUTENG...the IRONY!

Last, but not least, there is an OLD RUSTED TV, the DSTV is RUSTED and thus the sound is static and irritating. There is NO INTERNET, come on, which place does not have internet these days???

We really feel betrayed and **** to. We drove far for this trip to go rest, but what we got on our supposed last week to relax, was a joke, a ********** CLUB and THE WORST HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE EVER.

Luckily we had family friends close by where we had to go stay for 4 days before leaving back home.

This was TIME, MONEY AND PEACE wasted and now we have paid the points and levies for what? A BIG FAT LIE.
