Don't buy Flexi Club - they are useless

Pathetic service and communications. Impossible to get through to anyone from accounts no matter what medium you try to contact them on. Very responsive when you sign up on increase points, no response for anything else. My record for being on hold waiting for a consultant of over 50 minutes - only for the call to get dropped. This happens almost every day.
