DISGUSTING SERVICE
Very poor customer service to resolve account disputes. One is sent from pillar to post. Accounts department does not respond to email. When you call the call centre nobody can assist, yet sales people hound you for up sell...it is truly mindboggling! This company is willing to chase sales but not address legitimate account queries.
