Disgusting contract

These people are so greedy that once you become a member you cannot cancel your membership. I have tried for years now to cancel the membership but I have been told once again that this is impossible. What kind of company is this? How can they say that we cannot sell the points, nor resign from the club? In other words we are being forced to pay for this waste of time points until we die???
