Desperate retiree pension money taken by flexi club

I was phoned by Faith on Friday and promised that my issue will be resolved. I have requested termination of my membership as I can no longer afford to make the monthly payments (20% of my pension is going to this flexi club).

How can the organization have absolutely no conscious. They simply ignore my pleas and my desperate situation.

I have e-mailed again to get an update, I have had no response from them what so ever.
