Desperate retiree pension money taken by flexi club

I am 78 year old retired person. I have joined Flexi Club many years ago and rarely used their service. I am in a frail state and in financial difficulties.

I have tried to cancel my membership with flexi club as almost 20% of my pension money goes towards the monthly fees. I am struggling to pay for my basic needs, however, they are no cancelling my membership after a desperate plea.

It is absolutely ******** that they are taking an advantage of an 78 year old man. I have supp**** them with my banking statement reflecting that I am in a terrible overdraft and desperate. To no avail. I have not had any further communications with them after my e-mail and desperate phone call.

I do not care about the accumulated points or whatever is on my account. ALL I want is to cancel it forever as that I do not have to spend 20% of my pension on something I will never used again and rather use it to look after my health and well being.

It is absolutely astonishing that the personnel of the Flexi club does not understand and is not willing to help.

PLEASE, can someone help me. I am really desperate.
