deceived into signing a contract

My mother was deceived into signing an expensive contract by flexi club sales person over the phone. Then i went to Mr Aziz at Hasting hall in cape town to cancel the contract. The he advised us to sign another cheap contract and that he will cancel the expensive one with reason of unaffordable and deceived. It has been 8 months and both contract are running. When i called flexi club they said i should resolve it with Mr Aziz Daniels. <br> Yet i should be paying double contract to Flexiclub.
