This seems to have turned into a ****, by taking peoples money and thinking that it is ok. They do not res****d to correspondance and just insist on their fees. I have been a points holder since 1980's and have seen this turn into a ****. I have been trying to get out of this but have not succedded. I am a pensioner now and can not aford the continuous increase of the leavies. I have contacted ********** and request responce by mail, nothing. Not just bad service but ******.
