Claiming my money

On the 04 May 2010 I Bessie Lopang Raditladi together with my late partner John Mohlabane Noe were invited by Flexi Club consultants to a meeting in Mmabatho Palms. Upon arrival they explained to us about Flexi Holiday Club. My late partner Mr Noe decided to join as a member and asked me to sign as a witness/spouse, I agreed to sign as a witness and the consultant Ms Nthabiseng Ntshihlele told me that I should sign as a spouse. I told her that I cannot sign as a spouse as me and Mr Noe are not married and I also do not want to join Flexi Holiday Club it is Mr Noe who wants to join. I told her I do not want to take any responsibility for any payment as I cannot afford Flexi Holiday Club. She requested me to sign as a witness of which I did.<br> She assured me that that will not happen because the person who is joining is Mr Noe and the monthly fees and deductions will be deducted from Mr Noe's banking account not mine. They requested Mr Noe's credit card and R4,000 was deducted at the same time from his credit card pensioner.
