Cancelling Flexi Club is an absolute nightmare

It is an absolute nightmare cancelling this flexi club thing. I am sick and tired of making calling without any resolution. The last call I made, I was told they sent me an email with the cancellation instructions. I have never received any email instead all that they can do is send you an automated response stating that they will get back to you shortly and they never do. It has been two months now but they never stop taking money from our account.

The call center agent told me to pay a cancellation fee and they will stop the debit order. I did and they confirmed that to have received the cancellation fee. Well, the debit order is still active. They continue taking our money even after accepting the cancellation fee. This Flexi club is ****. They recruit with a smile, gladly send you emails about holiday offers but when they have to honor their customers and their hard earned money they are no where to be found. You are sent from pillar to post. I have already spent so much money calling and the best thing to do now is to stop this debit order and involve legal authorities. This is absolute nonsense, horror.
