cancellation of flexi club

I really can't give a good review. I've been trying to cancel since last year because I can't afford it anymore. They keep on trying to give me a cheaper package which I still don't want. What must I do? Why can't they accept my cancellation? I don't work anymore I've submitted my documentation and still they don't want to accept.
