Cancel flexiclub membership

I have been a member of Flexiclub for many years. On the 19th June an email was sent to *** - requesting cancellation of my membership. As far as I am concerned I meet all the requirements necessary for my membership to be cancelled. The following week a second mail was sent to the above address and I phoned the offices to double check that this was correct. I followed up with Kurt today and he said I must follow up end of july ........ This is unacceptable. Obviously, cant take so long to cancel membership.
