Can't cancel this contract

For 6 years now we have being trying to cancel this contract. The contract was cancelled within 4 days of the contract, whereby the consultant told me to fax a letter to cancel. I faxed the latter the Saturday which was day 5 of the contract agreement. I than called the Monday to find out if the fax has been received and the consultant told me it is to late to cancel the contract. I than told her that I called on Friday, faxed the later the Saturday. Anyway long story short. Flexi club has blacklisted me and lawyers and debt collectors are on my back ever since. PPPLLLLLLEEEEEEESSSSSS people never take anything from this people it is a *******.
