Best customer service- Mr M Naidoo

Best Customer Service I made a booking with Mershin Naidoo. I should also mention that my booking was a last minute thing. Mershin ensured me and reassured me that he would be supporting me throughout the booking process and referred me to once of his colleagues with regards to the cancellation of the membership due to the passing of my mother.

I had been trying to complete this process from April this year and just one call with Mershin Naidoo gave me all the clarity that I needed. He informed me about the relevant policies in place and how my family can maximise the use of the policy before cancelling. He was friendly and kind, and informed me of every process as I proceeded with making my booking. Mershin answered all the questions I had and if I asked him to repeat the answer or re-explain in a different manner, he did not hesitate to assist me to the best of his ability.

Overall, his customer service was probably the best I have ever received.
