Bad service and total reap off

Every time you want to book with flexi club thwy will tell you it is fully booked. All the dates you require are always fully booked. Been a member for two years but i havent used my points not even once. They promise you things they cant deliver. I wanted to book with the voucher they gave me recently but i was told i cant because i want to take four adults. The voucher clearly states that the unit i have to book into must be a two bedroom unit. I cant book two separate unit. But now they telling me i cant book. They can book me in a one bedroom unit and the two other people can sleep on couches. Booking with them is a mission. You book and they say it is fully booked they squeeze you in that one bedroom you get to the resort or lodge and find empty rooms in that place. We paying so much money for this kind of services. Ig is a total reap off
