Avolon Spring Booking Very Disappointing
Hi
I want to bring this to your attention that’s I book a 4 sleeper at Avolon Spring and only got a 2 sleeper apartment with no braai facilities which for me was not worth my money and time, I’m very disappointed with this because if you look at the guest certificate it says 4 sleeper and this was not for 4 people I don’t think children would want to sleep on that uncomfortable sleeper couch that was in the apartment that we had.
I feel that this was a waste of my money and would have never booked this with Flexiclub if I knew space was so small. This is not right to me as a customer that pays Flexiclub fees every year to find that booking and apartment that is no suitable for 4 people.
Please specify on the guest certificate that accommodation is for children that are 2 year old and 2 adults.

I received a call this afternoon from one of the representatives of Flexiclub and couldn’t resolve this issue I’m not happy with 250 points that’s was put into my account. I want to bring my point across if you advertise a 4 sleeper apartment then it should be a 4 sleeper apartment not a 2 sleeper with a sleeper couch that can’t fit a 2 year old on it.
