AVAILABILITY *******

<p>I have been a member of Flexi Club for many many years. 3 years ago I had to upgrade my membership (was told I will loose everything if I do not) to full premium in order to get bookings.</p> <p>I never get a place that I want to go to at the dates that I want to. I<strong> allways</strong> have to settle for less appropriate places and even dates which is not my first choice.</p> <p>I was promised in 2013 that this will not be happening as with the new points and membership category I will get preference. Now I want to know what preference to go to Qwantani for the rest of my life? I did not opt to buy I unit or time share, I opted to buy points which can be used ALL OVER SOUTH AFRICA. But I never get into any of the following places:</p> <p>Bantry Bay</p> <p>Strand Pavilion</p> <p>Kiara Lodge</p> <p>Mabula Lodge</p> <p>Bakubung Lodge</p> <p> </p> <p>AND now I am stuck with useless points system for 10 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>AND IF YOU DO NOT USE YOUR POINTS AND/OR HOLIDAY SAVINGS YOU GET TOLD YOU WILL LOOSE THEM. WHICH IS ******** AND A DISGRASE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO SORRY I EVEN STARTED WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY MORE THAN 15 YEARS AGO.</p> <p> </p>
