Attitude stinks

Vacation Zone held a promotion special on the 21/04/2016 at the palace resort in Durban. I entered a draw and was lucky enough to win a prize which attracted me to join on from an existing family membership to my own individual elite membership. I wanted to discuss the final decision with my partner and finalise it before leaving the resort. The sales consultant explained that he would advise us to speak to the manager in order for him to advise us if that would be possible. The manager came to assist us by the name of Farhaan. He was very arrogant and unhelpful. He didn't listen to anything I advised him on. He was talking to the sales consultant about time and walked away. This manager has just lost a R70000.00 sale. To top it off, we wanted to enquire about further bookings for the last week of April 2016 and were not attended to or no effort was made to help, instead Farhaan picked up the phone, without saying anything dialed a number and handed me the phone, this really ****ed me off as a valued guest and timeshare owner! This is the most poor service I have ever gotten from a manager it's pathetic. Your customers service needs some serious attention Thanks to Farhaan.
