Another utterly disgusted consumer

I've just become another disgusted client of Flexiclub! Bought points 4 years ago under intense sales pressure. I had to stop working 2 years ago and now my husband is under threat of retrenchment. We just cannot afford the levy and can't sell the points - they are useless, no one wants them. Wrote to them yesterday explaining and asking for a cancellation but all I got was a generic answer telling me I had to be a member for 5 years etc. etc. We've always been paid up but now we will be forced to be members for another 2 years. Our 5 year anniversary is only in July 2016. We have to give notice between Jan and May 2016!!!!! This is a heartless money making machine. What part of I can't afford it don't they understand? So much for them being approachable. This is not a reputable company you want to do business with!
