A challenging process

I own vacation points at FLEXI CLUB and would not recommend this group. Very seldom find the website operational and unless you work through the reservation department - you can be on line for 4 hours and still not have a result. Trying to get through on the telephone is also a disaster - unless you build a repour with a specific person, where you can communicate directly by email, there is only frustration ahead. They only operate normal business hours and Whats App line is also useless.
