I have made a booking for this past week.<br> <br> due to illness my parents couldn't attend the holiday. I called in the Monday Morning early as they close at 1pm on a Saturday and Close on a Sunday they said I can't cancel.<br> <br> I even ask Jason if he can compensate with another Holiday without charging me he said no.
