2nd Complaint - still no answer

My second time complaining.

Still no feedback received. Not even a reasonable attempt. To call me on my deceased mom's number and then telling me you can't reach me, is quite obvious.

Does anyone work there? But they are very quick to be on your face when you want to buy shares or sign up.
