Lack of communication

I'm very disappointed and it seems like i will have to take back all the praise i sang for the company, so in December they never debited subscription fee and unfortunatley i was out of the the country i couldn't ask them for the payment link like i usually do so when i came back i asked them if i can pay one and half subscription in Jan then another one and half subscription in FEB to make up for the December subscription and what i was told was that management declined my payment arrangement then they said they gonna go back to amanagement and ask them to reconsider as error was on their side and its been 3 weeks since waiting for feedback i call everyday and email everyday the only response i get is "the management is yet to make a decision" last friday i informed them i need to go for training out of province for 2 weeks so i need feedback ASAP then i was told management will contact me till today the management is nowhere to be found, i had to rent a vehicle from another rental company yesterday so i can go for my training as they are not giving me any feedback, i didn't want any suprises while i'm away, only to find out they will take the car away from me while in training.
