I had my issues initially with Flexclub but once they were resolved, the process moved on swiftly and Megan Loio was communicating efficiently and assisting me even after I got the car. My only criticism would be the online process can be enhanced a bit, it took way too long to get approved. I waited about a month with no response and ended up hiring a car from Woodford for a month.
