After experiencing problems with booking the timeshare Unit we wanted, Hope Mzindle, was an absolute star! She was able to guide us through taking a screen shot of the incorrect booking and was able to confirm the timeshare booking not only for the Resort, the dates requested but also for the Unit we wanted.
