FLEXCLUB - POOR BUSINESS

Poor Service, the phone are always ringing Once answered the people on the other line are VERY unprofessional its as if they are employing highschool kids.

The business is ***** too.. I would advise paying a higher rate to AVIS for the service and stay away from this company. Regretably saw negative reviews on this company prior to using their services but thought let me give them the benefit of the doubt. I was CLEAR in my intentions with them from the start of using one of their cheaper models for two months. The subscription even ended when i handed the vehicle in with a full tank, no issues were reported and i went on my way. a month later i got charged again (note, im not even in the country)

This is a company that have no values. they probable dont even care about these negative reviews.. very shameful. Stay away!
