Dont fall for the trap of FLex Club

Flex Club must be the most disorganized business I have ever had to deal with. I have been a member for a couple of months now and as everyone else has stated their charges are never the same. The service provider Eurocar changes your vehicle every couple of weeks and each time charges you the customer for doing so. In the few months I was a member I changed vehicles 6 times, and only once at my request because the vehicle given to me had safety issues and faulty lights and each time I was charged. Don't ever query your account or ask for assistance from anyone at Flex club because your calls and your emails and even what's app messages to the Manager of Flex Club Johnty will go unanswered. The accounts are only ever received on the last day of the month and the very next email you will receive will be for your overdue account. Again do not waste your time contacting Flex club because nobody will ever get back to you. When I joined Flex Club my monthly charge all-inclusive was R4890.00 a few months down the line and it now costs me over R6500.00 for the same car and it is going up yet again at the end of this month. Flex Club you are not ******** as many others have labeled you, you are however not a very honest bunch of people and have lost a very loyal customer. I really hope someone else in the same situation as I was thinks twice before joining up with you only to get ********** and messed around.
