Bad Service

I'm experiencing a bad treatment from Flexclub, I got email saying my subscription will end on 19 April 2023 but the worse part is that Avis took the a vehicle on the 1st of April while I paid for a full month of April! :(

"Over the last few months, we at FlexClub have been making radical changes to our platform to enable more rental companies to easily offer customers a seamless digital car subscription experience. As a result, we will be completing the shift to becoming a technology partner to car rental companies and will no longer offer car subscriptions directly to consumers. In light of the above, your FlexClub subscription will be terminated by the 2023-04-19 which will require you to return your vehicle to the nearest Avis Car Rental branch before then."
