Don't ever rent through them. Rather go directly through the Rental Agents themselves, saves you less BS to put up with and much much much better client service. Flexclub has no people skills and absolutely no customer service skills. They don't even deserve a 1 star. STAY AWAY FROM FLEXCLUB
