Poor management. Been a loyal customer for almost a year until you start to query or ask info relating to billing as they add unexplained additional fees and costs until I was feed up. Their direct line doesn't work, you sent an email to request a call back, no one will ever call you. You ask questions via email for clarity, no one knows what's happening. its a circus at flex club.
