Great all-round experience - from booking, to pick up, to return. FlexClub customer service via WhatsApp or Email is very responsive. Car collection through Avis (CT airport) - staff could not be more helpful. We had to swap the car after a few days because the alarm kept going off - quick and easy to do direct with Avis. Just waiting on return of deposit (due within 15-20 working days). One thing to note is that although it states car pick up not available on a Sunday - but apparently this IS available from airport locations. Will definitely use again.
