Charged for nothing. Didn't return my email.

My car was overheating and had these guys get a mobile mechanic to come out and check vehicle. The mechanic stayed over an hour and couldn't properly diagnose the problem with my vehicle. I ultimately had to book the car in at VW where the problem was found and obviously the necessart parts were replaced.

I sent FIXXR an email, at least twice, to find out what recourse I had as I had paid for a diagnostic on my vehicle but the 'correct' diagnostic had not been given. Needless to say I spent over R700 and have not received any call from them to assist my dilemma. Extremely disappointed.
