Great gesture Bad service and does not send decent mechanics DO NOT USE
I personally feel that you are responsible for allowing clowns to join your platform where you clearly stipulate that all your mechanics are verified and accredited, when in actual fact they are not and you didnt ever check and now my partner company is at a loss of money, his lost clients, time and cannot attend my wedding due to this. Its people like you that do not go the extra bit to check a companies background.It took me 1 minute to see that Dynamic auto tune Emmah is not verified nor accredited and yet you guys sent him to us!!!! And while you sit in your cush office your pathetic mechanic is out doing jobs while our vehicle stands with another chop who has been staring at the motor for the last 3 hours and has accomplished nothing! This is not the service I expected of either of you!!!!!!!

Fixxr service subscription money ****
I am beyond frustrated with the shocking lack of service and complete disregard for customers by Fixxr. For MONTHS, I have been trying to get assistance for my vehicle. I have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, all of which have been completely ignored. There has been no communication, no service dates provided, and no mechanics made available to assist me. Despite this, you continue to send me invoices and expect payment for a service that you are clearly unable or unwilling to deliver. This is unacceptable. Let me be very clear: I will NOT pay for a service that has not been provided. Your failure to respond across all channels — including direct communication and even attempts via the X platform — shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. At this point, I no longer want anything to do with your service. I demand the following immediately: Cancellation of my subscription with immediate effect Confirmation in writing that my account is closed All outstanding invoices to be cancelled No further billing or contact unless it is to confirm cancellation If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate this matter further through consumer protection channels and pursue formal action for billing without service. This situation is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business.

Very bad experience i got from this company. From administration to workmanship. They are making money from poor/wrong diagnostic. They don't want to refund me for their incorrect diagnostic.They don't want to give me the inspection report that I payed for. I thought they have improved over the years but they are much worse now than they were 3 years ago when I last used their service.

Booked an apointment with them for the next day. The mechanic messaged me he is going to be late. Then never arrived. The next day the mechanic once again said he was going to be late. I even got an apparent "Live Location" of the mechanic stating he was on his way, and he will be at my house in 59min. Waited for him the whole day. He didn't even pitch, or at least be honest, an tell me that he won't make it. I told myself if they don't pitch the next day, then Iwas going to request an refund. The mechanic then phoned me at 7:30AM in the morning promising me that he will be at my house by 11:00AM. Again he said his going to be late, and then he pitched up after 14:00PM. He serviced my car, and he was very friendly, and serviced the car quick. He didn't run an diagnostic to check for any faults, and I requested to them to replace my fuel filter. "Everything was paid for up front btw." The mechanic told me that my cars fuel filter,and pump was one unit, and both needs to be replaced. So therefore I paid R250 extra for the fuel filter, which wasn't replaced. And I asked them to refund me the R250. They keep on ignoring my messgages, and phone calls. I want them to refund me the R250 they owe me. I just want to put this nightmare behind me, and go on with my life. The faults don't lie with the mechanics, but with the management, and Customer service Fixxr. I won't recommend them.

Stay very far away
Terrible and pathetic service from Fixxr. First they sent an auto electrician that messed up my alternator. Then they sent another auto electrician to fix the first guys mess. Not to mention the airbag light remained on…which was never on before. Fast forward…the car just cut out while driving with the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree. Reported to Fixxr and they fail to acknowledge liability and respond to the issue. Would recommend anyone to think twice before making use of them.

I have used them for a number of years and had no problems
I have used them for a number of years and had no problems. August 2025 I changed front brake pads and they squeak no stop, my old set of pads were a 100 times better. I complained and never heard back from them. I called and sent WhatsApp messages no response. I then had my car serviced by them in October 2025. Now my oil level light keeps coming on. That was never the case before the service and the same story don’t return calls or respond to messages. I even called on Saturday and the guy that answered said he would get his manager to call, lo and behold I am still waiting.I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt before writing this review. Now I have had enough and in hindsight would not even recommend them to anyone.
