Useless customer Support team at Fixitt Appliance Repairs

Terrible experience with this company. Their email support and phone support is just useless. I have been trying 3 months to get a reply to a simple question such as "can you deliver to ***X address", but they cannot answer me. Each time they phone they tell me they will escalate to management, but I hear nothing back. They are ignoring my emails and 3 months later my dishwasher is still not fixed.
